LANTA prioritizes open communication with potential riders and organizations to educate audiences about the services we provide. LANTA aims to improve our relationship with the public to enhance programs in the future.

 

Your Voice Initiative

• The Your Voice Initiative is a two-way communication strategy between LANTA Executive and riders to improve LANTA’s relationship with the public. Input will help LANTA to better understand rider needs, improve our services, transparency, and ongoing education for the public about our diverse services and programs.

 

Community Outreach

• LANTA endeavors to educate residents and organizations on our services to provide explanations for any questions or inquiries they may have. By connecting with the public face-to-face, we can offer support and understanding for those who ride with us. It provides a sense of familiarity with the public when seeking information from us. Active communication with our constituents gives us the opportunity to be a resource in the community and improve our services.

 

We offer 3 levels of service:

• LANtaBus: fixed route service throughout Lehigh and Northampton Counties.
  • For all bus routes and schedules, click here.

• LANtaVan: shared ride or paratransit service that goes door to door. This is available to riders who are registered and eligible for sponsorship under transportation funding programs.

• LANtaFlex: Micro transit curb to curb service that allows passengers to travel in Flex Zones. These areas have one or more locations where riders can transfer between LANTABus routes.
